Blood bank to visit Rothesay on June 12

The Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service will pay its next visit to Bute on Tuesday, June 12.

Donations can be made at the Moat Community Centre in Stuart Street, Rothesay between 2.30pm and 3.45pm and between 5.15pm and 7.30pm.

Only one in 20 of the eligible population in Scotland currently donates blood, so if you’ve never given before, or haven’t donated for a while, now is the ideal time to start!

The SNBTS operates mobile blood donation facilities throughout the country, in addition to its full-time donation centres in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, Aberdeen and Inverness.
