Bute models shrug off snow at fashion shoot
Models Luba Kapinuse and Claire McMillan brave the snow at Sunday's fashion shoot at Port Bannatyne marina.
The top catwalk models of New York, Paris and London might be renowned for being a tad temperamental - but Bute’s models are made of sterner stuff.
Despite heavy snow flurries and a bitterly cold March wind, nine ladies gathered at Port Bannatyne marina on Sunday to take part in a fashion shoot for local clothes shop The Dressing Room.
Using local photographer Abbie Rodger and a yacht kindly made available for the occasion, the models darted out between the snowflakes to put on their best catwalk poses - and their bravest faces against the decidedly unkind weather!
Sophie Reid from The Dressing Room said: “We wanted to give people a flavour of our stock, and make use of the great views from the marina at the same time - when they’re not hidden by the snow!”
